BUILDING PLOTS IN ORLOVÁ LUTYNIA – LUTYNIA LAND s.r.o.
We bought some beautiful land near the swimming pool in Orlová Lutyně.
Our next steps led to the purchase of neighboring plots of land, and we worked on complete consolidation.
We did it! After that, design work was carried out, including a new geometric plan, where we proposed nine new building plots.
This division has already been approved by the building authority and we already have legal force.
We are currently in the network design phase and are waiting for the parcels to be registered in the land registry according to the new geometric plan.
The plots are ready for sale immediately after registration in the land registry.
